Commerce Module

How do I generate an invoice from a sales order?

Once a sales order is marked as “Completed,” go to the Sales tab, open the order, and click Actions > Create Invoice. You can preview and email it directly to the customer.

Can I customize the invoice template?

Yes. Go to Settings > Templates > Invoices to update your logo, footer notes, terms, and contact info.

How can I track unpaid invoices?

Navigate to Accounts > Invoices and filter by status. Unpaid or partially paid invoices will be listed for follow-up.

Facilities Management Module

How do I schedule a facility inspection?

Go to Inspections, click New Inspection, select the site and date, and assign a team member. You’ll receive reminders before the inspection date.

Yes. Open the facility record, go to the Documents tab, and upload contracts, warranties, or compliance files.

How do I mark a facility site as inactive?

Navigate to the Sites, select the site, click Edit, and change the status to “Inactive”.

Field Services Module

How do I assign a work order to a technician?

Go to Work Orders > Create Work Order, enter work order details, and choose a technician from the assignment dropdown. They’ll receive a notification.

Can technicians upload photos from mobile devices?

Yes. Nestclo’s mobile-friendly interface allows photo uploads directly from the field via smartphones or tablets.

Where can I review work order completion reports?

Navigate to Work Orders > Completed, click on a work order, and view the summary including technician notes, photos, and timestamps.

General Platform Questions

Can I manage user roles and permissions?

Yes. As an Admin, go to Settings > Users & Roles to add users and assign roles (Admin, Field Tech, Finance).

Is Nestclo mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. The platform works seamlessly on modern mobile browsers and tablets, optimized for field use.

Can I export reports to Excel or PDF?

Yes. Most report pages include Export options for Excel (.xlsx) or PDF formats.
